Armenian Ambassador to Germany Ashot Smbatyan yesterday met with German Bundestag President Norbert Lammert and the two discussed Armenian-German political dialog, the strengthening of inter-parliamentary ties, and matters related to cooperation in the economic, cultural and educational sectors.

The two are said to have expressed a willingness to take measures designed to foster greater ties between their countries’ parliaments.
