The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that while Azerbaijan violated the cessation of hostilities declaration 65 times last night, firing a variety of small caliber weapons, the military situation on the ground remains the same.

The ministry adds that Artsakh Defense Army frontline units responded in kind and quashed Azerbaijani offensive moves.
