Yesterday, in Stepanakert, NKR Minister of Defense Levon Mnatsakanyan discussed the military situation along the Line of Contact with visiting Armenian Assembly of America Board Co-Chairman Anthony Barsamian.

Barsamian thanked Mnatsakanyan for meeting and promised to raise the concerns of the minister in meetings to be held shortly in Washington D.C.

The two sides stressed the necessity to strengthen ties between the Artsakh army and the Assembly in the near future.

Also attending the meeting was Arpi Vardanyan, who heads the Assembly’s office in Yerevan.
