The Artsakh Ministry of Defense has issued a statement claiming that the bodies of Azerbaijani soldiers killed during the fighting on February 25 along the Line of Contact were not removed from the battlefield as planned the following day because Azerbaijan violated an agreement facilitated by the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.

Azerbaijan had claimed that Artsakh had violated the agreement.
