Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and IT says it needs an additional AMD 7.4 billion (US$15.4 million) to repair state highways in the country.

The ministry, in a statement, says that the AMD 9 billion it has already received isn’t sufficient to repair major roadways throughout the country.
