411 babies (217 girls and 214 boys), were born in Artsakh in the first quarter of 2019 according to the Artsakh Ministry of Health.

336 pf the 411 babies were delivered in the Artsakh capital of Stepanakert, 37 in Martakert, 28 in Martuni, 9 in Hadrut, and 1 in Shahumyan.
