Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Khachatryan today hosted a delegation led by UN Resident Coordinator Shombi Sharp.

Khachatryan, according to an Armenian government press release, welcomed the guests and expressed his readiness to discuss issues of bilateral interest.

Shombi Sharp introduced his team to the minister and spoke about the reforms ongoing within the UN.

Sharp also referred to the format of cooperation between donor organizations included in the UN structure and the government.

Sharp was appointed UN Resident Coordinator for the Republic of Armenia and assumed his responsibilities as of March 1, 2018.
