
Armenia to Spend $4.5 Million to Improve Combat Duty Conditions
The Armenian government today allocated AMD 2.161 billion (US$4.5 million) to build residential, office and other buildings for defense purposes.
The whereabouts of what will be built are not detailed in the draft decision submitted to the Government.
At the cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the draft decision is about improving the conditions of combat duty.
Pashinyan made the decision on the proposal of the Ministry of Defense. The money will be allocated to the MoD from the 2019 state budget.
