Armenia to Spend $1.1 Million on Athletic Equipment for Schools
The Armenian government will spend 523 million drams (US$1.1 million) to provide athletic equipment to general education, secondary vocational and higher education institutions, youth sports schools, national sports federations and other athletic non-governmental organizations.
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport says it seeks to develop physical culture and sports, equip sport facilities with up-to-date sports equipment, and train up-to-date athletes and improve their technical conditions.
