
Armenia Ranks 13th Worldwide in Terms of Internet Malware Attacks
During the second quarter of 2019, 15.4% of internet users in Armenia were subject to malware attacks, ranking the country 13th among the twenty countries undergoing the most web attacks.
Kaspersky representatives in Armenia say this figure is down from 16.13% in the first quarter of the year.
In Georgia, 14.2% of users suffered such attacks, compared to 16% in the first quarter. In Azerbaijan, 16.59% of Internet users were hacked, and it is the 8th highest in the world compared to 11.2% in the first quarter (18.28%). This is evidenced by the data of Kaspersky Company.
According to a report by Kaspersky Armenia, 12.12% of internet users worldwide suffered at least one malware attack in the second quarter of 2019 and 13.18% in the first quarter.
