Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan discussed cooperation issues with US Armenian Bar Association Human Rights Committee Co-Chairs Garo Ghazarian and Karnik Kerkonian in Stepanakert on Octoberb 15.

Ghazaryan and G. Kerkonian, in turn, expressed satisfaction with the rate of cooperation between the two sides and expressed their readiness to continue efforts to further increase efficiency.

The parties discussed several issues, including the implementation of arrangements made by Beglaryan during his visit to California.

Ghazarian and Kerkonian, with the Beglaryan’s assistance, had working meetings with other state officials, as well as a lecture for a group of Artsakh State University students.
