Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, today in Stockholm, signed a cooperation agreement with Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) Director General Carin Jämtin.

"Both sides expressed confidence that the signing of the agreement will undoubtedly open a new page in Armenian-Swedish relations and promote the strengthening of democratic institutions in Armenia, as well as cooperation in many other fields," this according to an Armenian Foreign Ministry statement.
