Armenia’s Criminal Appeals Court has overturned a decision by a lower court to hand over all the case material in the March 1, 2008 trial to the lawyers of former Armenian president Robert Kocharyan.

Kocharyan, now in detention, faces charges of bribery and usurpation of state power.
