Armenian Foreign Minister and OSCE Secretary General Discuss Karabakh Conflict
While in Germany to attend the Munich Security Conference, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger, met on February 14 and discussed several issues, including Nagorno Karabakh.
Mnatsakanyan, according to a statement released by his ministry, noted that Armenia seeks to expand and strengthen the effective partnership established with the OSCE executive structures through new targeted programs and initiatives. In this regard, the sides discussed collaboration in the framework of the OSCE Cooperation with Armenia program and ways to enhance its efficiency.
Mnatsakanyan and Greminger touched upon the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and the recent meetings held.
Mnatsakanyan stressed the importance of the direct engagement of Artsakh authorities in the peace process, especially on issues related to the security and status of Artsakh.
