Ararat Zurabyan, a representative of the recently formed Free Democrats party, told reporters today that an electoral alliance is in the works with the Heritage Party.

“We are confident of overcoming the 7% threshold by working in a transparent and free manner,” said Zurabyan.

He said that an alliance is the best option given that there are outstanding disagreements with Heritage that forego any type of merger between the two parties.

Zurabyan told reporters that further details would be forthcoming at the Free Democrats part conclave to take place on March 11.
