Arianne Caoili, wife of chess champion Levon Aonian, died today after sustaining injuries in a March 14 road accident in Yerevan.

Caoili was 33 years old.

“I have no words to express the grievance over my wife Arianne's death. She was intelligent , hard working and joyous person that lived a beautiful life… I love you honeybun, sleep tight....” Aronian wrote in a Tweet upon learning of his wife's passing.

She was being treated at Yerevan’s Astghik Medical Center but had been rushed to intensive care.
