281 polls opened this morning at eight throughout Artsakh for a second round of voting for president.

None of the candidates received won more than 50% of the vote on March 31, forcing today’s ballot.

Today’s contest is between Arayik Harutunyan (who received 49.26%) and Masis Mayilyan (26.4%) on March 31.

The Artsakh Police reports that the number of eligible voters is 103,637.
