Yerevan’s subway system will reopen to the public on May 18 after weeks of being closed to halt the spread of the novel coronavirus.

All subway stations and cars are planned to be in service per normal operating hours – 7am to 11pm.

Riders will be able to clean their hands at disinfectant units placed in subway cars and platforms.

No more than seventy passengers will be allowed in each car.

Subway cars will be disinfected at the end of each run.
