Artsakh President Elect Arayik Harutyunyan takes the oath of office today and the country’s health ministry reports that health workers will be out and about distributing gloves and masks to those attending the swearing-in ceremony in Shushi.

The ministry says that Epidemiology and Hygiene Center employees will monitor sanitary and hygienic conditions at the venues (Palace of Culture, Mulberry Tree Garden)  and that all sites will be disinfected. and disinfection works will be organized.

In addition, ministry specialists will monitor the health of citizens who have recently returned to the country.
