Fifteen Covid-19 cases have been confirmed at Yerevan’s Mary Izmirlian Children’s House where youngsters with physical and learning disabilities receive round the clock care.

Nine children and six staffers have tested positive for the virus according to Armenian Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Press Secretary Sona Martirosyan.

Martirosyan told Hetq that all fifteen are being isolated at the center that services some 100 children aged 0-8.

She said that 46 individuals at the center have been tested for Covid-19.
