Former Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian, today via a video link from Russia, was questioned by the parliamentary ad hoc committee investigating various aspects of the April 2016 “Four Day War”.

Nalbandian was foreign minister when fighting broke out along the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border, claiming the lives of hundreds on both sides.

Former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan have already appeared before the committee.
