Armenia, Artsakh Police Chiefs Meet in Yerevan; Discuss Greater Cooperation
Artsakh Chief of Police Major General Ashot Hakobjanyan arrived in Yerevan today on a working visit and met with Armenian Chief of Police Vahe Ghazaryan.
The two police officials stressed the need for greater cooperation between their two offices and, according to a statement released by the Armenian Police, a memorandum of cooperation was signed.
Ghazaryan also directed that Hakobjanyan and members of his delegation be awarded medals and diplomas for working to strengthen cooperation between the two police forces.
In return, Hakobjanyan awarded Ghazaryan a similar medal.
