A road accident today along the Ijevan-Dilijan highway claimed the life of the car’s driver, this according to a statement released by Armenia’s National Crisis Management Center.

According to a police report, the driver lost control of the vehicle and it crashed into a concrete pillar.

The driver died on the spot.

The three passengers, including two children, were taken to the Ijevan Medical Center. All are in satisfactory condition.
