Serzh Sargsyan gave his first press conference today since he resigned as Armenia’s prime minister in 2018.

The press conference focused on the April 2016 four-day clashes on the Artsakh border with Azerbaijan.

Sargsyan began the press conference by standing and observing a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the April clashes.
