Artsakh Foreign Minister and The HALO Trust Delegation Discuss Demining Work

Artsakh Foreign Minister Masis Mayilyan today, in Stepanakert, met with Regional Director of The HALO Trust international non-governmental organization Nick Smart, outgoing Program Manager Robert Syfret, and newly appointed Artsakh Program Manager Miles Hawthorn.

The HALO Trust Regional Director Nick Smart briefed Mayilyan on the details of the NGO’s demining activities in Artsakh and its future programs.
