Artsakh Presidential spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan, in a Facebook post today, reports that he has heard rumors that after yesterday's rocket attacks by the Artsakh Defense Army (ADA) against Azerbaijani military facilities in Ganja, several hundred thousand people from different cities of Azerbaijan fled in panic to other towns and villages deeper in Azerbaijan.

He also writes that the ADA has inflicted heavy retaliatory blows to Azerbaijani military forces.

Poghosyan failed to provide any specifics on both points.
