Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Reports Large Inflow of Middle East Mercenaries to Karabakh
The Artsakh Information Center reports that according to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service mercenaries from international terrorist organizations in the Middle East, in particular from Jabhat an-Nusra, Firkat al-Hamza, Sultan Murad, as well as from Kurdish extremist groups, have been dispatched to the Karabakh conflict zone.
"We are talking about hundreds, even thousands, of radicals hoping to make money in the new Karabakh war," said Sergei Naryshkin, head of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service said that Transcaucasia could become a new springboard for hundreds of terrorists.
Recently, the Artsakh Information Headquarters presented a new statement, which says, "For Russia, as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, a new war in the region is unacceptable."
