Artsakh Presidential Spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan, in a Facebook post today, has ruled out an attack by Armenian forces on civilian targets in Azerbaijan.

“Since many leave comments under my posts urging us to also target the Azerbaijani civilian population, I must say from the outset that it is impossible to do so for the simple reason that we are not Turks. But we know how to defeat their terrorist army,” Poghosyan writes.

He claimed that in the past two days, Armenian missile attack had destroyed large portions of Azerbaijan’s reserve forces and that roads leading to Baku have been jammed of late with those seeking to flee the fighting.
