
Putin Invites Pashinyan, Aliyev to Moscow for Consultations
Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan to Moscow for consultations on the exchange of war prisoners and war dead due to the ongoing Karabakh fighting, this according to the Kremlin’s Press Service.
"After a series of telephone conversations between the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, the President of Russia calls for an end to hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone for humanitarian reasons in order to exchange the bodies of the dead and the captives,” the statement reads.
