Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan reports that Azerbaijan continues to strike Stepanakert today.

"Azerbaijan has just hit the civilian objects of Stepanakert several times. The authorities of that country are chronic terrorists - criminals, and the international community - chronically blind. There is no information about the victims yet," Beglaryan writes.
