Today, the Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh announced that it received concrete information that the Azerbaijani subversive group which entered Hadrut town on the morning killed 2 civilians in their home – a mother and her disabled son.

"We are making efforts to gather more information and will publish them tomorrow. Severley condemning the continuous severe attrocities of the Azerbaijani armed forces against the Artsakh population, I demand that the international community provides a proper reaction to this cruel crime and to pursue punishing those criminals," reported Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan.
