A fourteen-year-old boy in Armenia was struck and injured by an Azerbaijani drone strike, this according to Armenian Health Ministry spokesperson Alina Nikoghosyan.

The boy, who was in a vehicle heading to a field to work, was rushed to a Yerevan hospital.

The attack is said to have taken place near Vardenis in the Sotk village of Armenia's Gegharkunik Province.

When the drone strikes hit, there were other civilians, including children, in a farm field harvesting potatoes.

Doctors at Yerevan's Surb Astvatsamayr Medical Center report that the child’s current condition is listed as serious.
