Armenian Ministry of Defense representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan today confirmed that Armenian servicemen have been captured by Azerbaijani forces in the ongoing fighting along the Karabakh Line of Contact, but he could not say how many or provide specifics as to their condition.

Hovhannisyan said that Azerbaijan does not provide data on POWs and does not cooperate with the International Red Cross.
