The Artsakh Defense Army (ADA) reports that several legitimate military targets are located in the city of Ganja, Azerbaijan, including:

• General Staff Motorized Rifle Brigade Headquarters
• Defense Ministry Air Force Air Base, Helicopter Air Squadron
• Special Forces Brigade
• Azerbaijani MoD Combat Operations Center
• Armed Forces General Staff Radio Technical Battalion
• Azerbaijani MoD fuel and lubricant supply and logistics center
• Military-Industrial complex including aviation and munitions factories.

Note: Last night Azerbaijan announced that the Armenian side had bombed the civilian settlement of Ganja. This was refuted by Armenian Ministry of Defense spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan.
