The Ministry of Foreign Affaires of the Republic of Armenia issued the following statement regarding the establishment of a humanitarian truce. 

"We highly value the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the personal engagement of the French President in achieving this humanitarian truce on October 17.

"We proceed from the understanding that the current arrangement implements the October 10 joint statement which established ceasefire and indicates necessity to establish parameters of ceasefire.

"The ceasefire should be sustainable and verifiable."
