Azerbaijani military forces targeted the Artsakh town of Martuni and the village of Taghavrd with Smerch and Grad rockets earlier today.

The Artsakh State Emergency Service reports that Azerbaijani combat aircraft shelled the Artsakh town of Martakert.

No human casualties were reported.
