The Artsakh Defense Army issued the following video it says shows yet another Syrian mercenary captured by Armenian forces.

The name of the captured mercenary is Mhreb Muhammad Alshkheri, born in the Syrian city of Hamma.

He says he is married and has three children. He admits arriving at Artsakh-Azerbaijani front line on October 19 along with 250 other terrorists from Turkey.

They were promised $ 2,000 in wages but were never paid.

Alshkheri tells the translator that he was abandoned by his fellow mercenaries after being wounded. He says the mercenaries are placed on the advance column of any offensive, followed by regular Azerbaijani army soldiers.

"Before being brought to the front, they took part in camp rallies, where Turkish military instructors worked with them," the Defense Army said in a statement.
