Armenian President Armen Sarkissian and Deputy Mayor of Paris Anouch Toranian met today in Yerevan and discussed the ongoing fighting in Karabakh.

The two, according to a statement released by Sarkissian’s office, expressed concern over Azerbaijan's non-observance of the ceasefire and its targeting of civilian infrastructure and civilians.

They also referred to the work done by the diaspora, especially by the Armenian structures in France, as well as the deepening of cooperation between Armenia and the French administrative bodies.
