The Azerbaijani military hit the Artsakh capital Stepanakert with Smerch rocket fire this afternoon injuring one civilian, this according to the Artsakh State Emergency Service (ASES).

The ASES also reports that Azerbaijan also targeted Shushi with a Smerch volley, lighting two houses ablaze.

There is no information yet on Shushi damage or civilian injuries.
