The Artsakh State Emergency Service (ASES) reports that the Azerbaijan military fired cluster missiles towards Stepanakert today, causing extensive damage to residential houses.

No civilian casualties were reported.

"The next target of the Azerbaijani forces is Shushi. The criminal aggression of Azerbaijan and Turkey has caused great destruction in the cultural capital of Artsakh," according to the ASES statement.

Artsakh ombudsman Artak Beglaryan made a new appeal from one of the residential districts of Stepanakert, where an elderly woman and her two grandchildren were killed in a shelling by Azerbaijan today. Azerbaijan and Turkey continue to commit war crimes targeting the peaceful population of Artsakh.
