Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today, in Stepanakert, met with Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent dispatched to the conflict zone.

"During the meeting, we exchanged views on specific issues related to the implementation of the peacekeeping contingents’ mission, mission of the peacekeeping contingent," Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page.
