Russia and Turkey Complete Technical Negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh

Russia and Turkey completed technical negotiations on Nagorno-Karabakh on November 14 and are planning to continue them in the coming days, this according to the TASS Russian news agency citing the Turkish Defense Ministry.

TASS published the following today:

“The Russian and Turkish military delegations have completed technical negotiations, it is planned that they will be continued in the coming days," the Anatolian state agency quoted the Defense Ministry as saying.

At the same time, the Turkish Defense Ministry did not specify when and where the next negotiations on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh will take place.

The Russian delegation is on a visit to Ankara since 13 November. On the eve, talks were held by the Russian President's Special Representative for Syria Alexander Lavrentyev and Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Sedat Onal, who discussed Syrian issues. In the afternoon, a meeting was held at the Turkish Ministry of National Defense, where a truce in Nagorno-Karabakh was mainly discussed.
