Russia says it’s ready to explain Turkey’s role in the Karabakh settlement process to the United States and France if necessary, this according to a Russian Interfax news agency article today citing remarks by Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

Yesterday the US State Department, following talks between the foreign ministers of the United States and France, Mike Pompeo and Jean-Yves Le Drian, said that Paris and Washington "still have many questions that require clarity from the Russians regarding the parameters of this agreement. (on Nagorno-Karabakh - IF) , and this includes the role of Turkey,” the Interfax article reads.
