Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reported today that Russia will contribute €2 million to support the work of the ICRC in Nagorno-Karabkh.

Lavrov, according to TASS, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to a proposal made by visiting International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)President Peter Maurer that Russia’s next voluntary contribution should be targeted to Nagorno Karabakh.
