Bravo Mr. Hovanissian, Until political corruption stands corrected, we can then start thinking like a modernized country. Armenians are innovators, but have been tortured for their hard work in bringing ethical reform. The powers at be still feel they can exploit the masses, and like a good villager be fooled at election day. Technology only brings progress, and until you can bring a freedom of thought, unlike the Soviet era, then you can start nipping at the buds of all the weeds that are sprouting in RA's political circles.
