The French National Assembly, by a vote of 188 votes in favor, 3 against, passed a resolution today emphasizing the urgent need for the recognition of Nagorno Karabakh, this according to a statement released by the Armenian Embassy in France.

"The resolution also records proof of Azerbaijan’s attempt to thwart peace process by military means via the deployment, with the assistance of Turkey, of mercenaries of terrorist groups in Nagorno Karabakh," the embassy said in a statement.
