Armenian National Assembly Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan met with his Artsakh counterpart, Artur Tovmasyan, underlined the importance of resuming Karabakh negotiations, focusing on the principles of self-determination and the non-use of force, within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.

In a Facebook post, Mirzoyan said they discussed the need to ensure internal stability in both Armenia and Artsakh, to focus all attention on the return of prisoners of war, and the solution of the social problems of Artsakh Armenians.
