Armenian Parliament Passes 2021 Draft State Budget
The Armenian National Assembly, by a vote of 84-14, today passed the 2021 draft state budget.
Before the vote, the Bright Armenia (Lusavor) faction announced it opposed the bill. Prosperous Armenia (BHK) MPs did not attend today’s session.
Only Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan was present at the vote, although the entire composition of the Government must be presented for both discussion and voting on the budget.
The draft bill forecasts 3.2% growth for the country next year.
