Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan reports that an airplane carrying some forty Armenian POWS is scheduled to touch down in Yerevan today.

"Finding out the fate of all our missing compatriots, returning all surviving servicemen and citizens, finding the bodies of the victims and handing them over to relatives remain the most urgent humanitarian issues on our agenda," Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page.
