Yerevan State University Faculties to Participate in Tomorrow's "Day of National Disobedience"
Several Yerevan State University (YSU) faculties say they will participate in tomorrow’s Day of National Disobedience seeking to remove Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan from power.
"Based on the November 20, 2020 statement of Yerevan State University’s Academic Council, we reaffirm our demand of the immediate resignation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and we join the December 22, 2020 nationwide disobedience events," the YSU press release reads.
The statement is signed by the following: Faculty of Geography and Geology, Faculty of Theology, Faculty of Archeology, Faculty of European Languages and Communication, Faculty of Journalism, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Armenian Philology, Faculty of International Relations, Faculty of Economics and Management, Faculty of History, Faculty of Chemistry, Institute of Armenian Studies, Institute of Pharmacy, Center for European Studies, Center for Pedagogy and Education Development.
